🛠️ Troubleshoot: Knowledge Center Login
Some areas of the Whoz Knowledge Center require users to log in before accessing the content. If you’re having trouble logging in, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth experience.
🔐 When Is a Login Required?
While some of the Knowledge Center is available publicly, certain resources are restricted and require you to log in. This typically includes advanced documentation, feature guides, and support content available only to Pro or higher level access users.
✅ Logging in from Within Whoz
If you're already logged into Whoz and you click a link that leads to a restricted part of the Knowledge Center:

You’ll be automatically signed in to the Knowledge Center using your Whoz account, as long as you have Pro access or higher.

No extra steps are needed—just click and go!
🌐 Logging in from Outside Whoz
If you're accessing the Knowledge Center from outside the Whoz platform (e.g., via a bookmark, shared link, or direct URL), you may be directed to a login screen.
Here’s what to do:

Choose “Continue with Whoz Login” if you have a Whoz account.
– This ensures your account privileges (like Pro access) are recognized. -
Do not use the Email + Password login unless you were given a separate login by the Whoz team.
– This option is only for users without a Whoz account.
🔁 Double-Check Your Sign-In Mode
Before signing in, look for the option at the bottom of the login screen that says:

"Switch to Customer Sign In" or
-
"Switch to Agent Sign In"
You want to be in Customer Sign In mode.
👉 If you see "Switch to Customer Sign In", click it before trying to sign in.
👉 If it says "Switch to Agent Sign In", you’re already in the right place—no need to switch.
🚫 Can't Reset Your Password?
Please note: You cannot reset your password from the login screen.
If you're using the "Continue with Whoz Login" option, your access is managed through your Whoz account credentials.
If you're trying to use the email + password login and don’t remember your credentials, please reach out to your Whoz contact or support team for help.
🧩 Still Having Trouble?
If you're still unable to access the Knowledge Center after following these steps:

Double-check that your Whoz account has Pro access or higher.
