ProfileCaretaker

Overview

ProfileCaretaker analyses your structured profile data — experiences, skills, and certifications — directly inside Whoz, flagging gaps, identifying inconsistencies, and keeping profiles complete and client-ready.

You can use ProfileCaretaker, for example when:

• Preparing a tailored profile for a client proposal
• Reviewing your team's profiles as a manager
• Updating your own profile after a mission

Use ProfileCaretaker

Astra will delegate tasks to ProfileCaretaker when appropriate. You can also access it from a profile that you have edit access rights to using the Improve Profile button.

Note: All changes are logged in your profile history. Changes made by a manager on your behalf are logged under their account.

Limitations

• Skills repository: ProfileCaretaker only suggests skills present in the PSO (Professional Services Ontology) or your organisation's local skill repository. Skills outside these repositories will not be suggested automatically, but can be added manually.
• Structured data only: ProfileCaretaker works from the structured data already in your Whoz profile. It does not scan uploaded CV documents.
