Find Opportunities in Your Personal Job Board

If enabled by your organization, you can explore potential job opportunities through your personal Job Board and express interest in them.

When you express interest in a job, the offer owner, along with your manager and mentor, will be notified and can follow up with you.

1. Review Job Board Opportunities

Access the Job Board tab to explore available opportunities that match your profile based on:

• ☑Skills: Includes profile skills including highlighted and target skills.
• ☑Qualifications: Such as role, grade, and certifications.

The Matching and Skill Gap fields help you assess how well your profile aligns with each opportunity.

2. Indicate Interest in an Opportunity

To express interest:

• ☑Open the job listing and click Apply.
• ☑Enter a custom message in the provided field to share additional comments or details with the offer owner. This message is sent via email to the offer owner only and is not stored in Whoz.

By leveraging your Job Board, you can proactively explore and pursue opportunities that align with your development goals.
