Create a New Profile Version
You can create as many different profile versions as you want. For example, you can create another version of your profile to:
- Adapt to a specific target audience.
- Showcase your skills for various assignments.
- Present your profile in a different language.
Whoz uses all versions of your profile when returning staffing results.
1. Create a New Version
To create a new version, go to the Profile tab, select the Selected Version drop-down menu, and choose Create a new version. Depending on your organization's settings, you can create a version using one of the following methods:
- ☑Translate: Let Whoz AI translate an existing profile into another language.
- ☑Import: Upload a resume file and let Whoz AI parse it to generate an initial version.
- ☑Clone: Duplicate an existing profile version and modify it as needed.
- ☑Write: Start from scratch with a blank template and manually enter all details.

2. Set Another Version as the Main Profil
Your main profile version is the version that displays by default when a user views your profile. Note that all profile versions are taken into consideration in staffing results.
Access the Selected version drop-down menu and select the Set as main (star) icon for another version.
3. Delete a Profile Version
To delete a profile version, access the Selected version drop-down menu and select the Set as main (star) icon for another version.
Note: To delete the main version, first set another version as the primary profile.
