⚡ FAQ: Talent Profile
Overview
Find answers to frequently asked questions about your talent profile.
Why Does My Talent Profile Have a Status of Draft or Pending?
Your company has configured a requirement to validate any changes you make to your profile.
Your profile has a status of Draft if:
-
You never submitted your profile for validation.
-
You've modified your profile since it was validated.
-
Your request for validation was rejected.
Your profile has a status of Pending if you've submitted your profile for validation, but it hasn't been approved yet.
Note: If you modify your profile before your manager approves it, the status reverts to Draft and cancels your validation request.
Why am I Seeing Suggested Skills?
When you add or edit skills, Whoz suggests additional appropriate ones based on the content in your resume, such as your experiences.
In some cases, you can add skillsets, competencies, or roles, which are predefined groups of required or optional skills. Any skills that are required are automatically added to your profile, but skills that are optional appear as suggestions.
Why Doesn't My Skill Have an XPS™ Score?
When a skill doesn't have an XPS score, it is because it is not listed in your professional experience.
Who Has Access to My Personal Space Data?
Your password is personal and secure
The workspace administrator has access to all the data you enter in your personal space.
The Whoz technical team does not have access to your data without your permission. Your data will not be distributed to third parties under any circumstances.
Moreover, your personal space belongs to you. If you leave your company, you can ask your workspace administrator to delete it.
What Does the Initialization Percentage Mean?
The initialization percentage is an informational indicator used to determine your initial profile quality. It allows you to see at a glance whether your profile is complete.
What Does it Mean When My Profile is My Main Version?
Whoz uses all versions of your profile when identifying talents for staffing requests. The main version is the one that displays by default on your profile.
You can set a version as the main version by access the Selected version drop-down menu and clicking the Set as main (star) icon for another version.
Why Are My Language Preferences Not Applying to My Talent Profile?
You can set the interface language by selecting your user profile icon and then Preferences. This setting modifies all navigation elements, application titles and texts that are not entered by the user. Text entered by users to describe professional experience, wishes, and so on are not automatically translated by Whoz.
The profile language depends on the language chosen for that particular profile version.
Skills and qualifications are translated into the interface language, when a translation exists. Otherwise, they are displayed in their default language.
Can I Restore a Previous Version of My Profile?
No, we don't currently support versionning for profiles.
