Indicate Your Preferences and Aspirations

Enhance communication with your manager by clearly outlining your skill development and  aspirations on Whoz. Defining your assignment preferences and growth goals allows for more meaningful discussions, helping you identify opportunities that align with your ambitions and drive your professional growth.

1. Set Your Assignment Preferences

To specify your preferences, navigate to the Dashboard tab in your talent profile and click Set Preferences under the Assignment Preferences section. Here, you can indicate:

• ☑Remote Work Availability: Specify if you are open to remote work. This impacts job suggestions.
• ☑Looking for a Change: Indicate if you are seeking a new assignment.
• ☑Willingness to Travel: State whether you are open to national or international travel.
• ☑Desired Fields: Enter specific industries or sectors you are interested in.

Note: Remote work settings may influence job recommendations, while other criteria are visible to staffing managers but do not affect the casting engine.

2. Define Your Development Aspirations

Clarifying your development goals ensures alignment with available opportunities and facilitates planning for necessary training or skill development.

Access the Dashboard tab in your talent profile and click Set Preferences under the Assignment Preferences section. Then, specify:

• ☑Target role: Identify a role that you want to shift towards towards.
• ☑Target skills: Identify skills you want to develop or shift towards.
• ☑Personal development plan: Add any comments regarding your growth objectives. This field is visible to staffing managers.
• ☑Geographic mobility: Indicate if you are open to relocation.

Note: Target roles and skills may influence job recommendations and learning and development recommendations in Whoz, while other details are visible to staffing managers but do not impact the casting engine.
