⚡ Improve Your Profile with Intelligent Profile Features

Prerequisites

• Your administrator has enabled the Talents > Talent AI > Profile rephrasing , and Talents > Talent AI > Bio generation features.

• Minimum access: Restricted

Context

When enabled, you can use Whoz AI features to elevate your profile. For example, you can rephrase your professional experience descriptions to ensure a consistent format as well as accurate grammar and spelling.

The profile rephrasing capability is currently available in the default Whoz style, offering spell-checking and basic rephrasing capabilities, but in the future, it will be possible to select different styles.

Steps

1. Click the Edit icon in the biography section of your profile.

2. Click Generate bio

3. Review the proposed text and click Replace bio.

4. On your profile, create or edit a professional experience.

5. Enter your initial text in the Description field.

6. Click Rephrase. A suggested rephrasing appears below the Description field.
   

7. To apply the suggestion, click Replace. Whoz AI then replaces your initial text with the suggestion. Note that while you can rephrase multiple times and you can continue to edit the rephrased text, you cannot revert to your previous version once you click Replace.

Specific Case: AI Guidelines

If your company has enabled custom AI guidelines, you may be able to choose from multiple options for Whoz AI to follow.

1. In the Selected version field on your profile, click the Edit icon.

2. In the Whoz AI Guideline field, review the selected style.

3. Whoz will then apply the specific guidelines when you use the Generate bio or Rephrase professional experiences functionality.
