⚡ FAQ: Your Team

If you are a manager or mentor in Whoz, you can select  Your Team as the scope scope on several key pages to display all the talents you manage or mentor, regardless of the workspace they belong to.

Your team is considered:

• All talents that you manage up to 3 levels down (N-3 level).

• All talents that you mentor directly (N-1 level)

Note: Cross-workspace visibility is only available on pages using the advanced, search-based view. You can identify these pages by the scope selector and the option to save custom views. Other pages, such as Time Tracking, only show talents from the current workspace.
